Where to sail a Flying Fifteen in Victoria
Apollo Bay Sailing Club Apollo Bay is the most southerly village in mainland Australia at the heart of the spectacular Great Ocean Road and is home to one of the world’s largest fleets of Classic Flying Fifteens! The club races every Saturday from November to April with a wide variety of sailing experiences given the fickle nature and sometimes massive swells of Bass Strait. The club is sited in Apollo Bay Harbour and has a safe ramp for launching, a hard stand area and enthusiastic friendly crowd of locals who enjoy beer & banter after racing.
